Alteration and Refund Policy
Alteration and Refunds are not available for On Sale Swimwear
We want to satisfy our customers and make sure your experience is a pleasant one. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you provide all required measurements when placing your order. Make sure you double check that you have ordered the correct size based on your measurements. Please contact us before placing your order if you have any questions.
Cancellation Policy:
Wild Iris Custom Swimwear offers a 24 hour cancellation policy on custom made swimwear only. Please contact us by email within 24 hours from the date the order was placed.
Alteration and Refund Policy (Custom Swimwear Only):
- We cannot accept any alterations or refunds unless it meets our eligibility policies.
- We must be contacted within 14 days of delivery.
- We cannot accept C.O.D. on merchandise returned for alterations or refunds.
- The shipping charges are your responsibility.
- We suggest you insure all merchandise returned for alterations or refunds. We do not accept responsibility for lost shipments.
Alteration Eligibility Policy: (Custom Swimwear Only):
If you wish to have your merchandise altered, and it is eligible to be altered, please email us at info@swimsuit4u.com or call our toll free number 877-794-6828 within 14 days of delivery. If your custom swimsuit is eligible for an alteration, please complete and send the Alteration/Return Form enclosed with your order. Clearly explain the reason for the alteration. Alterations can be made for a 25% charge of the initial cost of item plus shipping. All returned items will be reviewed by our production department to determine if it can be altered. Some items CANNOT be altered. Alterations are generally completed within 2-3 weeks from receiving the item.
Refund Eligibility Policy (Custom Swimwear Only):
If you wish to have your merchandise returned, and it is eligible to be refunded, our refund policy requires a 50% non refundable production fee on all returned items. If you are not satisfied with your custom swimsuit, simply email us at info@swimsuit4u.com or call our toll free number 877-794-6828 within 14 days of delivery. If your custom swimsuit is eligible for a refund, please complete and send the Alteration/Return Form enclosed with your order. Clearly explain the reason for the refund. Please note health regulations stipulate that swimwear that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered is considered to be in other than “as new” condition and CANNOT be returned. Any item that does not meet this requirement will not be refunded. You will not receive your refund until we receive your returned swimwear and review it for eligibility. We will refund your credit card 50% of your initial cost, less shipping charges, within 30 days from the date we receive your returned items.
